The brief was to create an identity for a collective of designers before creating a series of motivational and inspiring screen printed graphical prints with a view to sell them as a course.

The Twenty-First Century has seen an explosion of inspirational and thoughtful quotes. Maybe a simple explanation of this, is that humanity is experiencing extraordinary times where there is global unrest, conflict and pressures in everyday life. 
Historically, quotes were always in the background, however in recent years they have taken prominence as the population look for simple solutions to what are complex problems. We even see individuals, business owners and especially sports people, engaging in specific sayings or phrases, which empower them to success. Quotes have catapulted to the mainstream as the go-to cure for coping in modern day life.

My final logo for the brand HumanKIND includes a pink heart that is created in a simplistic minimal style using an opacity that allows you to see each part overlap which makes an interesting symbol in the middle. The Print Collective text has been added below to emphasis who the logo is for and a San-Serif font has been chosen to keep a modern and minimal feel. The heart placed centrally above the word humanKIND really emphasises the design to visually show compassion and love to help support the brands message and how it appears to an audience. Overall I feel the logo helps convey the message of unity, kindness and compassion which are great values to display as I believe that this the aim of the brief is to promote empathy and kindness throughout all humans.
